These terms are a draft pending legal review. They are not a completed legal agreement. Production payment is not enabled. Privacy duties in a completed agreement follow the GDPR, the Saudi PDPL, and the CCPA where they apply.
The service
Fareeq gives one person several assistants on the same account, with saved context, approvals, and a record of work. An assistant proposes and runs only inside your approval and the checks you set. An assistant is not a human.
The account
The owner is responsible for the people they let into the workspace. An organization role does not open a client workspace by itself. This page does not create a tenant.
Plans and fees
Pricing coming soon. Payment on this site is not turned on. You review an order before a charge.
Your content
Files you upload stay yours. You give the account permission to read them so your assistants can work. The product does not take ownership of your name, logo, or marks.
Stopping
You can ask to stop renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not delete the export path. If a bill stays open, non-essential work can pause. Data is not deleted for a late bill in this draft.
Liability
This draft does not promise a measured financial return. Time saved on the results page is an estimate with a stated method. Counsel has not set a liability cap yet.
Law
The completed contract will name the governing law. This draft does not choose a court.
Changes
A newer draft replaces this text on the page. It is still not binding until counsel review is finished.
