Who this covers
Fareeq is a personal multi-assistant product for one account. This draft talks about personal data in that account. It does not open a live account.
Data we hold
You may upload files, notes, a logo, colors, and past work. The account also holds assistant tasks and the contact details you give us. Sign-in secrets, one-time codes, and private keys are not stored in ordinary model context.
Why we hold it
We use it to run the assistants you turn on, to show results, to keep an audit, and to answer you. We do not use it for a purpose you did not get a plain explanation for.
How long
Role memory in this product follows the role retention period, then it expires. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not delete the customer's export path. A deletion request is recorded. This page does not execute deletion.
Sharing and sale
We do not sell personal information. A model provider or a payment provider is used only through a connection the customer authorizes. This draft does not appoint a subprocessor and does not transfer customer data to a provider.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export, or delete personal data, and you can object to a use. Under the GDPR you can also complain to a supervisory authority. Under the Saudi PDPL you can use the rights that law gives a person. Under the CCPA and CPRA you can ask what we hold, ask for deletion or correction, and opt out of a sale or share. This page does not run a live request form.
Children
The service is for the account owner. It is not directed at children.
