Cancelling before a renewal cycle stops the renewal. A prepaid period runs to its end.
No partial refund of the current month except where the law requires it.
Perpetual license, later
Draft direction: a fourteen-day window if the key has not been activated. After activation there is no refund except a statutory right.
The end of the update year is not a reason to wipe data, and it is not itself a refund case.

Indicative prices are before value-added tax.
Tax treatment is set when real billing exists, not in this draft.
